Terms & Condition
* Fake/Duplicate accounts will not be eligible for prizes.
* Must predict atleast 50% correct predictions.
* You must provide accurate information in your profile. You will not be able to
change any of the above information after registration. Your identity will be verified
against this information while distributing prizes.
* You must be one of the first 1,00,000 entries to be eligible for prizes.
* Agree CricBattle's standard terms and conditions
* Max 1 account per user. Multiple accounts from the same household is not allowed.
* If there are more than 1 winner in each prize slot, the money will be divided
equal.
* If a user does not claim prizes in 72 hours, he/she will forfeit the prize. This
prize will not be given to next winner in line.
* Once user claims the prize, CricBattle will take 15 working days to distribute
the prizes.
* In case of any type of system error, CricBattle.com team will try their best to
resolve and fix the error, however, CricBattle.com team is not responsible for technical/system
errors and issues which affected your points or prizes
* If the points are same for multiple winning users, the prizes will be divided
among the top winners. PayPal transfer fee (if any, depending on country of your
resident) will be paid by winner.
* It is winners' responsibilities to pay necessary tax on money won through prizes
in their respective countries. (Except USA where tax will be deducted for prizes
won over $600)
